Raphaël Aubert is a Paris-based photographer whose work centers on people, everyday life, and the quiet moments found in public and private spaces.
Through street photography, portraits, and long-term personal projects, he explores themes of presence, memory, and intimacy. He is particularly drawn to small gestures, glances, and interactions that reveal something deeper within human relationships.
He works primarily with film cameras, including 35mm and medium format. The material and physical process of analog photography are an important part of his practice.
All photographs presented on this website are available as silver gelatin prints, hand printed by Raphaël in his darkroom.
